The Lead Service Line Replacement Cost Calculator (LSLRCC) is a free, multilingual, web-based tool developed by Environmental & Public Health International (EPHI) to support lead service line replacement planning and budgeting, public health protection, and climate-resilient water infrastructure.
The LSLRCC supports compliance with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s Lead and Copper Rule Improvements (LCRI), advances multiple United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, including SDG 6 (Clean Water and Sanitation), SDG 11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities), and SDG 13 (Climate Action), and aligns with World Health Organization (WHO) initiatives on lead in drinking water.
