Citizens4Water is a global inventory of citizen science initiatives for hydrology and water management. It is a distinct portal, connected to UNESCO IHP-WINS for accounts and identity.

Citizens4Water is coordinated by Scivil and financed by the Flemish Government, within UNESCO's IHP-IX programme.
