Waterland works creatively with citizens and professionals for a Flanders where the water teems with life.

Waterland initiates and supports actions that make water appealing again in a creative and inspiring way: water as a source of enjoyment, water as a source of biodiversity.

Waterland implements creative water projects together with citizens, (citizen) organizations, water professionals, and governments. We exchange knowledge, experience, and information about the importance and functioning of healthy water systems, aiming to involve everyone in fostering a new water culture in urbanized Flanders.
