Mean annual blue water footprint of national consumption per capita (1996-2005)
This layer represents estimation of the mean annual blue water footprint of national consumption for the period 1996-2005. The water footprint is a measure of human’s appropriation of freshwater resources. The blue water footprint refers to consumption of blue water resources (surface and ground water).Estimations are given in cubic meter per capita per year.
