A new Open Source database with Open Source tools and software programmes was developed by the UNESCO Intergovernmnetal Hydrological Programme (IHP) in support of it's Open Hydrology framework, fully aligned with the UNESCO Recommendation on Open Science. The database holds over 14 existing tools and approaches, that provide open access as well as training opportunity, while the majority uses fully open source code.
